By completing a registration with Stillgood Films Inc., you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to the following refund policy.

Purpose

The purpose of this refund policy policy (this "Refund Policy") is to inform users of our Site of the following:

All registrations are non-refundable once your first class or session has been attended. If you need to cancel before you start, we've got you. If life gets complicated mid-program, your spot may be transferable.

Before your first class or session

Contact us at hello@stillgoodfilms.com at least 10 days before your scheduled start date. We will issue a full refund minus a $50 administrative fee. Cancellations made less than 10 days before your first session are non-refundable but may be transferred.

After your first class or session

Once you have attended your first session, all sales are final. No refunds will be issued for any remaining classes, sessions, or program days regardless of reason.

Transfers

Can't continue? You can transfer your remaining sessions to someone else at no charge. Email us at hello@stillgoodfilms.com with the name and contact information of the person taking your spot. Transfers are subject to availability and program eligibility.

Missed sessions

Individual missed sessions are non-refundable and cannot be rolled over, credited, or made up. We do not offer makeup classes.

If Stillgood cancels a session

If we cancel a scheduled session for any reason, you will receive a full credit toward a future program or a prorated refund for the missed session. We will notify you with as much notice as possible.

If Stillgood cancels a full program

If a program is cancelled entirely before it begins, you will receive a full refund including the administrative fee.

Discount verification

If you registered at a discounted rate and do not send verification to hello@stillgoodfilms.com within 48 hours of registration, the full rate applies and the difference will be charged to your original payment method.

Extenuating circumstances

We are a small company and we are human. If something serious happens, reach out. We will always try to find a fair solution on a case by case basis.
